I will help you get to a point well beyond symptom relief to place of deeper HEALING. Many people who come to see me have been stuffing their feelings for a long time, but they recognize this is an uncomfortable way to live.
I often say to clients
“Let's start with where you are".
What I’ve found is that tears show up to reveal what’s most important to us. Tears are precious messengers in a way. We cry tears when we relay a touching memory, a sad moment, gratitude, or when we felt hurt. It can be transformative to let tears flow. Progress Looks Like This Clients often share that they finally felt safe enough to “go there” – to those emotional places they’ve avoided in the past. And on the other side of “going there” they feel more calm, present, and compassionate towards themselves.

Therapy with me is respectful, compassionate, and playful.
Therapy is about arriving at new understanding; this means we’ll do lots of exploring together. I practice a non-judgmental approach so that even if you have trouble ‘getting out of your head’ I’ll teach self-compassion. This is a skill you can practice in ‘real life.’
